  • The journal has a lawfully obtained international ISSN number, issued by the National ISSN Agency in Germany (Nationales ISSN-Zentrum für Deutschland).
  • Print journal is published in Germany and sent out from Stuttgart by registered parcel post, but not published in Russia appearing as a European publication.
  • Each issue of the journal is sent out to the German National Library (Deutsche Nationalbibliothek) and the libraries of the state of Baden-Württemberg (Baden-Württembergische Landesbibliothek). Thus, your scientific work will be always found in the catalogues of largest European libraries and available for readers.
  • A competent editorial staff, which includes scientists from Russia and Germany, gives impartial assessment of the incoming material and comments in the language of a sender.
