we appreciate that you have chosen the partnership with our publishing house. That is why we give a guarantee that you surely receive an printed copy with your publication. We would like to make you some recommendations about receiving a parcel with your copy. Sometimes it is happened that the parcel, which has been sent from Germany by us, stay in the post office for a long time, because you haven't took it from it.
There are some reasons for that:
- Postal employees didn't send you the notice of arrival your parcel
- The mail notification didn't reach you for reasons beyond our control.
Your local post service and/or the EMC-service at your local post office is responsible for delivery of the mail notification about your parcel arrival.
Dear authors, we ask you to trace attentively a tracking number of your parcel and take them away from post offices in time.
Parcels from Germany usually go from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the destination and the address of the recipient, work of local post service and work of customs service of the country of destination.
WE RECOMMEND YOU AFTER 2-2,5 WEEKS AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED TRACKING NUMBER BEGIN TO ASK ABOUT RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL IN THE POST OFFICE. IT WILL SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. IF A PERIOD OF STORAGE OF YOUR PARCEL IN YOUR POST OFFICE HAS EXPIRED, THEN IT COMES BACK TO US.
In case of return of a parcel with a mark "The period of storage has expired", resending will be carried out after payment of an additional postage in the sum from 17€ (depending on quantity of the ordered copies).
